Congratulations To the North Dallas High School

NDHS Boosters:

It seems like only a couple of months ago and I was sending you a congratulations email for breaking the 2 million mark (actually, it was on Oct. 19, 2010).  Here it is, only a little more than three months later and once again I must put on my North Dallas hat (which I am wearing as I write this!!) and congratulate you again, this time for breaking the 3 million page view mark.  Sometime on Wednesday afternoon the NDHS Booster Club iHigh site surpassed this amazing mark, becoming only the 2^nd school in iHigh history to do so (the other is our Chairman/CEO Jim Host's Alma Mater Ashland Blazer and that site is one of the oldest high school sites in the iHigh system. (The other two sites that have broken the 2 million mark are for the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and the Great American Rivalry Series, both of which provide content for multiple schools).  It is my belief that before the school year is out, your site will surpass Blazer to become the number one high school in our system.  Not bad for a small inner city school in one of the country's largest school districts!!

In just over 13 months, the North Dallas High School Booster Club has done amazing things with the site (having joined iHigh.com in late November 2009):

• You have broken the 250,000 page view mark in one month for the last five months in a row and are well on your way to doing so again in January 2011 (over 204,000 as I write this). different times and have done so the last three months in a row. In October you had an amazing 460,000 page views and also had another month where you broke the 300,000 page view mark, the only high school site on iHigh ever to do so on either count. (The KHSAA broke 1 million in March 2010 as a result of the Kentucky state high school girls and boys basketball tournaments which were all broadcast on iHigh.com)
• The top seven all-time viewed photo galleries on iHigh.com were uploaded by the NDHS Boosters, including the number one gallery from the Senior Prom early in 2010, which, at over 284,000 views, is nearing the 300,000 mark.
• There has not been a single month since December 2009 that your site has not hit 1000 unique visitors or more, and you have had eight months with over 2000, one over 3000 and had a whopping 4242 in October 2010!!!!
• Your site has become a model site for iHigh in that you use all of the functions of the site and have utilized it across the entire school experience, from sports broadcasts, car shows, ROTC events, etc.

Your principal, Ms. Escanilla,  and the other administrators at the school and district level should be very proud of the great example you are for the DISD and for iHigh.

All of us at iHigh.com appreciate the great work and effort the North Dallas Boosters put in to their site and school!!  I am thrilled to know and work with many of you and look forward to your continued success and growth!!!
