MYRTLE BEACH, SC - Bobby Reddick (1-0) earned his first collegiate victory, going 6 innings, allowing 3 runs on 5 hits while striking out 8 as Northampton downed Danville Area Community College, 7-3, on Tuesday at the Ripken Experience.

Mike Agosto was 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored and 2 RBI and Carlos Urena added 2 RBI to lead the Spartans offensive attack.

Colby Kulig added 2 hits and Alex Zaner knocked in 2 runs as NCC improved to 3-1 on their spring trip and 4-2 overall.

In game two, Northampton jumped out to a 3-0, but Carl Sandburg College battled back to earn a 6-4 victory, dropping NCC to 3-2 on their trip and 4-3 overall.

Jake Chamberlain was 2 for 4 with 2 RBI and Mike Agosto was 2 for 2, including a triple, to lead Northampton.

Matt Roberts (0-1) suffered the loss on the mound, going 4 1/3 innings allowing 6 runs (5 earned), on 7 hits.
