Sports Xpress Recruiting Xclusive: Elbert Robinson

As a member of the class of 2014 Elbert Robinson out of Mobile (AL)’s McGill-Toolen HS hasn’t visited any campuses yet but he has plans to do so, two programs he knows he’ll visit is Notre Dame and UL-Lafayette.

The 5’10 185 lbs. OLB says “I received a letter from the University of Arizona.” When it comes to the Wildcats he says “There is a nice history behind the program, they are recruiting me heavily.” Robinson hasn’t replied to the Arizona staff yet because he says “It’s been hectic and I wanted to send them my updated athletic results.”

Robinson likes the Wildcats staff because he says “Their philosophy on t he sport reminds me of my coaches.”
