Sports Xpress Recruiting Xclusive: Wade Holtsclaw

Wade Holtsclaw is a name that has hit the scene this season. Playing for John Hardin HS in Elizabethtown (KY) the 5’10 200 lbs. athlete has began to see the fruits of his labor on the recruiting trail.

Holtsclaw has heard from “Kentucky, Western Kentucky, Indiana, Eastern Kentucky, Tennessee-Martin, Georgetown College, Lindsey Wilson, and Campbellsville.”

Two schools have caught the attention of the John Hardin star as he says “Western Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky” has caught his attention. He says the reasoning behind him holding them so highly is “They both have a great coaching staff.”

When it comes to schools that are turning up the heat he lists “Eastern Kentucky, Western Kentucky, Tennessee-Martin, and Georgetown” as schools showing him the most love.

The talented athlete who plays RB and SS has previously visited “Western Kentucky, Eastern Kentucky, Kentucky, Tennnessee-Martin, Georgetown, and Indiana.” Wade says “They all went great, I toured the facilities and talked with the coaching staffs.”

As for potential college team mates Holtsclaw says “I would like to play with my team mate Domonick Brown.” Brown was recently featured on SX as well.
