MPACT TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS 

BENCH PERSONNEL:  The home team will sit on the left side of the official scorekeeper. Eligible players in uniform and the coaches or allowed on benches only .Violation of this rule shall result in a two shot technical foul. The violator will be removed from the bench. 

BENCH RULE: A team may have on its bench only the eligible persons listed on its official roster, including three (coaches, score-keeper, etc…)    Only eligible players may wear uniforms on the bench. No parents, babies, etc… allowed on the bench.

UNIFORM: The team listed on the left side of schedule shall be the home team and shall wear white uniform &  is be responsible for a game clock-keeper. The team listed on the right side of schedule shall be the visiting team and shall wear dark uniform & is shall be responsible for a game book-keeper.

1.  Game play is 2-halves with running clock; The clock will stop only during the last 2 minutes of each half. The clock will also stop on timeouts, technical fouls and injuries.

 2. Halftime is three (3) minutes.

 3. Each team will receive  (3) timeouts per half, (2) full and  (1) thirty (30) second per half. (Timeouts will not carry over to 2^nd half).

 4. 20 Point Rule: If a team has a 20- point lead at any time of the game, they will not be allowed to full court press or half court press. NO PRESSURE WILL BE ALLOWED. Until lead is under ten (10).

Coaches please inform your parents that bashing of refs and opposing teams/parents will not be tolerated. If asked to leave there will be no refunds and offender will not be allowed re-entry.
