8th Grade Volleyball vs Beckendorff

The 8th grade girls competed against the talented teams of Beckendorff Junior High School. Unfortunately, there was no wins for our senior Mavericks.

Coach Bell's 8C teams did a great job of serving against the Bears. But the Bears' serves came fast and straight over the net to toughen up the evening for these Mavs.

Coach Alford's 8B girls entered the floor intense, ready to face the Bears. These Lady Mavericks were stunned by the serves of the Bears. On each serve, however, they tried to regain their composer. Unfortunately, they couldn't come out of it with any wins.

Coach Goddard's 8A girls have been on a non-losing streak all season, but that ended when they met up with the Beckendorff studs. In the first match, they came close losing 21 to 25. However, in their 2nd match Beckendorff proved they were a little better, and these Lady Mavs didn't come out with a win, either.

All of the girls and coaches are confident, however, as they face the Beck Bulldogs this week!
