Game ends in a tie

The lady mustangs traveled a few blocks away for a non region game against the lady panthers of Forest Park. Playing in a ridiculously cold temperature the game ended up in a 0-0 tie. Both teams played extremely hard despite conditions, however, neither team could take advantage of numerous shot opportunities. Freshman goalkeeper Kiamber Lane showed athletism as she defended the lady mustangs goal and kept the lady pathers off the score board. The team overall displayed a great defensive effort and looks to only get better as the season progressess. The lady mustangs now have a record of
1-1-1 and will be back in action friday night and will look to improve their record as they travel to Tyrone, Ga to take on the lady patriots of Sandy Creek High School at 7:30pm.
