Mooresville  was able to pick up a big conference win early in the season Tuesday. Riding a career high from Isaiah Johnson the Blue Devils were able to hold off Vance 78-72. Johnson poured in 26 points, while Junior Shawn Lester scored 16 points. Mooresville improved to (6-1), (2-0) in the conference. While Vance dropped to (5-2), (0-1) in conference.
