Senior Night 2011

Congratulations to the Class of 2011! Miller Grove HS held it's annual Senior Night on Feb. 11 honoring players, cheerleaders, and parents. It was a festive occasion as the Senior class cheered on their peers in the stands. Both the girl's and boy's Varsity basketball teams were victorius, defeating Douglass HS by huge margins.

Now the mighty Wolverines are gearing up for the region playoffs this week. The Lady Wolverines have been battling it out all year in the 6B-AAAA region all season with top ranked Redan and SouthWest Dekalb HS. Currently in 3rd place, the ladies are crossing their fingers hoping to move up the ladder. However, the boy's are the defending AAAA Region Champs (since 2008) and they are prepared to bring home the trophy again. With steady play from starters Tony Parker, Henry Brooks, Thomas Marshall, Brandon Morris, Devon Provost, and a solid bench, victory shall not be denied.
