The Vikings went into the tournament a four seed, but lost 36-46. “It was a tough way to start the season,” said starter Mason Irvin. Leading in points for the Vikings was Mason Irvin with 8. Tyler Wright had 7 points, Clay Dahman had 6 points, Chris Bynum and Peyton Semsch each had 4 points, Nate Fischer had 3 points, and Chris Chandler and Sean Defeo each had 2 points. Clay Dahman led rebounding for the Vikings with 11 boards. Sean Defeo and Peyton Semsch each had 5 rebounds, Mason Irvin had 5 rebounds, Tyler Wright had 2 rebounds, and Chris Bynum and Chris Chandler each had 1 rebound. Tyler Wright had 2 steals and 2 assists, Mason Irvin had 1 steal and 2 assists, Peyton Semsch had 1 steal and 2 assists, Chris Bynum had 1 steal and 2 assists, Clay Dahman had 3 steals, Nate Fischer had 1 steal and 1 assist, and Sean DeFeo had 1 steal.
