The Boys Varsity Track team dominated a three way meet last night at Fountain City.  The Bears beat Northeastern and Randolph Southern by a score of 85 to 56 to 10.  The team had 35 improvements in throws, jumps and runs.  The Bears move to a record of 3-1.

 
Track men with four victories last night were Senior Chase Bly and Junior Marcus Drummer.  Bly ran a blistering 1600 in 4:58and the 3200 in 10:58.  Chase also anchored the winning 4 X 800 relay in a 9:47 and was the third runner in the victorious 4 X 400 relay.  Drummer ran season bests in the 100 (11.3),  200(23.3), 400(53.3) and anchored the winning 4 x 400 relay in a season best time of 3:43.
 
Sophomore Josh Randall won the High Hurdles in 16.8 and just missed the school record in the 300 Hurdles with a smoking 43.90.  He also was the number two runner on the winning 4 X 400 relay.  Senior Dezmen Armour won the high jump, Junior Justin Brown won the 800 by nipping Senior Evan Roberts with a season best 2:22.  Juniors Fred Wilson, Rhett Snyder and Jordan Grant had season best 1600 times.  Junior RJ Sears also had season bests in the High Jump, 400 and 200. Field events men Burton, Bradley, Arrington, and Brincefield all had season best throws.
 
The Bears will be recognizing their Seniors next Wednesday as they host Union and Union City in their last home meet of the season.
