Written By The Star Press--• Monroe Central 55, Union City 16: The Bears allowed a total of eight points in the final three quarters and rode a strong defensive effort to a 55-16 win against Union City. Jake Combs led the Monroe Central with 20 points, and Chase Bly added nine. JV game went to the Bears as well 40-16. Next up for the Bears is Centerville at home on Friday the 18th.
