C-Team Boys Basketball vs Yorktown 12/3/12

On Monday night the Monroe Central C Team played their first home game of the season as they hosted the Yorktown Tigers.  The Golden Bears used a strong first half rebounding effort and an aggressive, full court pressure defense to build a 26-8 half time lead, then withstood a third quarter Yorktown rally before picking up the 49-37 victory.  Balance was once again the key on offense as seven Golden Bears scored points for their team led by Jordan Sharp's double digit total.  The win moves the C Team to 2-1 on the season heading into Thursday night's contest at Hagerstown.
