HEATH-Two sudden victory overtime quarters and penalty kicks determined which of the two best teams in the region would move on to the 1st Region Championship game Wednesday night at Heath. Heath won 4-3 on penalty kicks and will face Lone Oak for the 1st Region title and a trip to the state tournament.
