Athletic Physicals

The Manteno High School Athletic Department will be offering athletic physicals to all incoming 6^th graders- 12^th graders on May 26^th from 12:30pm-3:30pm at Manteno High School. All athletes must have physical to participate during the 11-12 school year.  Sports physicals are valid for one calendar year.  Incoming freshman may use school physical in lieu of sports physical, but school physical must be turned in by August 10^th to practice on the first day for a fall sport.  Riverside Medical Center in Manteno will be staffing the physicals.  The cost for the physical is $25.  Checks should be made payable to Manteno HS.  Please call 815-928-7104 with any questions
