Lady Eagles Pull Away from West Jessamine

Last night the Madison Southern Lady Eagles traveled to West Jessamine and came home with a win.  After trailing at the end of the first quarter, the Lady Eagles were able to take control and went into halftime with a one point lead.  They extended their lead in the third and fourth quarters to pickup a 64-59 lead.

Freshman Briana Lanham led Southern with a double-double, 26 points and 10 rebounds.  Sophomore Kelley Freeman added 15 points too.  The Lady Eagles are now 4-2 and will be back in action Friday night in the Berea Holiday Classic.
