Lady Eagles Blast Berea 10-0

The Lady Eagles wanted to make a statement Monday night against Berea.  They did so in big fashion by picking up a 10-0 win over Berea in the first round of the district tournament.  Senior Dakota Gadd led Southern with an amazing six goals; Chesney Sipple, Annie Ware, and McKenzie Bicknell also knocked in goals for the Lady Eagles.

Southern will now prepare to face Madison Central for the district title Thursday night at 6:00pm.  The previous game this year was won by Central, but the Lady Eagles were not happy with their performance in the first game and think they have a lot of motivation for Thursday night's game.
