PHYSICALS & UIL PAPERWORK

Ladies!  Please make sure you have gotten a current physical and UIL paperwork is complete.  Without these forms you will not tryout and will not be playing volleyball this season.  You will find the 2012-2013 UIL Packet under documents on the left column.  Parents please make sure you sign everywhere indicated on the forms.
