One Step Closer

The Lake Worth Girls' Basketball team defeated West Boca last night in the first round of the district tournament 65-31. 

They move on to the championship game against Atlantic, tomorrow night, at West Boca high school starting at 7pm.

The girls' were on point yesterday as Jonika Garvin led the team with 21 points and Storm Bureau added 14 points.

Leticia Jean-Louis hit 2 three pointers, and added 12 points.  The girls' look to win the district title on Friday against Atlantic who they have defeated in both games this season.
