Girls' Get back on Winning Track

The Lake Worth girls' basketball team got the W last night after dropping 2 of their last 3 games.  It was a much needed victory for the Trojans as they seemed to not look like they did when they went 18-0 to start the season. 

They defeated Atlantic last night 62-45 as Jonika Garvin led the team with 20 points and 5 rebounds.  Storm Bureau added 19 points and 7 rebounds.  The girls' improved their record 20-2. They are still ranked number 2 in the county.  

The Trojans next game is tomorrow away at Martin County as they look to close out their season with a victory before heading into district tournament play.
