For 4 years it was a given that you would see number 10 as the Trojans signal caller, but time passes by. Enter number 5, Luis Peguero. He will enter his sophmore season as the signal caller Friday night when Park Vista travels to Lake Worth for their 7 o' clock start time kick off classic. Luis played sparingly at the quarterback position on the JV level last year as he was used all over the field, lining up at WR, DE, and LB. He has the frame (6'2 205) to be a dominant force on the football field. With a talented class of returners, notably D1 recruit James Looney, the Trojans still have their identity and look to take it even further this year as they have a younger, hungrier group of athletes. Also leading the way, will be the dynamic duo on the outside with receivers Richard Seraphin and Jermer Braswell guiding the young Trojans through the Friday Night Lights. With one of the toughest districts in the county including powerhouses Dwyer, Atlantic, and Royal Palm Beach, the Trojans are not a team getting much of a chance this year, but that may be the way the Trojans want it. You can catch the Trojans this Friday Night at Lake Worth High School kicking off at 7pm against Park Vista.
