It has been 3 years now since we opened our new Tiger Training facility.  This facility is home to the LSHS Strength and Conditioning Department.  The Tiger Training facility is used every day of the school year by hundreds of students.  Our students at LSHS continue to improve their strength and explosiveness through the use of the Tiger Training Facility.  Our most recent testing yielded the best results to date, in the Tiger Training Facility.  Over the last year we have been able to purchase equipment that has continued to improve the way we train our students and athletes.  We have also been able to reward these students for their hard work with t-shirts for their accomplishments.  In order to continue this growth we need your help.
