Round 1 Playoffs vs Iowa Valley

The Lone Tree Lion Football team defeated the Iowa Valley Tigers 49-7, advancing them to the second round of the playoffs.  The Lions had a stellar defense allowing only 167 total yards.  Andy Dodson led the team with 10 tackles and 2 interceptions.  Levi Reitlzer also had an interception.  The offense was led by Gabe Lorack who was 4 of 5 throwing the ball with 114 yards and a TD.  He rushed for 149 yards with 3 TDs.  Ian Menzer was 5 of 5 with extra points as well.  The Lions will travel to Brooklyn on Monday to face the BGM Bears in the second round of state playoffs.
