The (6-1) PANTHERS were tested early in the game with the score 2-2. A timeout by Coach Laveall seemed to refocus the team and set them on a scoring run. Seven PANTHERS scored this evening. Emmie Madsen, Hannah Tillou, Emily Englehart, Hannah Koloski, Logan Dobratz, Lauren Storhoff and Kacie Waagbo each found the back of the Laker net, while Courtney Starnes and Megan Skelly added assists. The PANTHERS were led throughout much of the game by the stellar play of Hannah Koloski who once again controlled the midfield through draw controls and pure hustle. The PANTHERS proceeded to dominate the Lakers by putting consistent pressure on their ball carriers, causing numerous turnovers throughout the game. The PANTHER JV team lost to the Laker JV 15-8 in a game that was much closer than the score indicated. Next up for both PANTHER squads, the cross-town rival, Lakeville South Cougars in MUD BOWL II.
