Tuesday/Thursday SAQ:

Optional Winter Workout SAQ training starts today!  SAQ sessions will be every Tuesday and Thursday after school from 3:45 to 5:15.  Players should meet Coach Chris in front of the concession stand – dress warm – workouts will run rain or shine.  Sessions will continue from Jan 4 to Feb 24 for players not participating in a winter sport.

Wednesday Hitting:

We are thrilled that Dennis Muir will be leading Wed hitting sessions for 8 weeks in January and February.  This week, the session will be indoors at Page’s Cages from 4:00 to 5:30.  We need parent volunteers for carpooling – if anyone can help, please let me know.  When the weather gets warmer, we will plan to have sessions at the Lincoln batting cages.
