Moeller was down 5-1 heading into the top of the seventh when pinch hitter Lincoln Reed (senior) hit the first pitch he saw from the relief pitcher for a three run homerun. Ty Amann then singled, Ryan LeFevers walked and Zack Shannon (sophomore) singled to drive in Amann to tie the score at 5. Two batters later Jordan Simpson (senior, SS) hit a grand slam off the third pitcher for St. Xavier to take the lead for good.
