GBB: Pike downs host Lawrence Central, 47-37

Pike sophomore Brittany Ward 17 scored a game-high points and senior Asia Coats added 11 Nov. 15 as Pike (2-0) pulled away from a 16-13 halftime lead to defeat host Lawrence Central, 47-37, in the Conference Indiana opener for both schools.

Kyra Tucker had a team-high 16 points for LC (1-2), while McKenzy Telfair had 11.
