Aaron Westbury Signs Baseball to ABAC

Aaron Westbury Is Headed To ABAC On A Baseball Scholarship Aaron Westbury, a senior at LCCHS, is shown here inking a letter of intent to play baseball at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Ga. His parents are Greg & Carol Westbury of Barnesville. Westbury will pitch and play 3rd base for LCCHS Head Coach Greg Williams and the Trojans in the upcoming 2012 season. The Golden Stallions play baseball in one of the most picturesque settings in Georgia next to Lake Baldwin at Stallion Field on the 421-acre ABAC campus. ABAC is always in the hunt for the state baseball title, and many players have gone on to play in the major leagues, as well as for senior colleges and universities. The Golden Stallions are coached by Steve Janousek and Jeff Kilgore. ABAC is a member of the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association and Region XVII of the National Junior College Athletic Association.

Aaron pitched a 1-0 shutout against Ga. Military tonight.
