Region 24 Tourney first pitch 1 hour earlier

MATTOON--The NJCAA Region 24 softball tournament, scheduled for a 2:00 p.m. CST start at Laker Softball Field, is now slated to start an hour early, at 1:00 p.m. CST, due to the possibility of inclement weather moving into the area in mid to late afternoon.

Fans should gather at Laker Softball Field at 12:45 to support the opening of the best-of-three series, featuring the Lady Lakers of Lake Land College versus the Lady Falcons of Southeastern Illinois College.
