Lady Lakers strive for high national placement

EAST PEORIA--COUGARPLEX--The Lady Lakers may have lost a heartbreaker in their first game of the National Finals, but they are not yet ready to head back to Mattoon.

Thursday morning, the Lady Lakers of #10 Lake Land College will take the court for a 9:00 a.m. CST tip-off versus the Lady Falcons of #15 Lackawanna College.

Lake Land will have to win to remain in the Consolation Bracket.
