2009-2010 Soccer Tryouts Set

Thank you for your interest in Ridgeland Lady Titan soccer. Tryouts will be held at the Freedom Ridge Park on April 6th and 8th from 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM. each day. You will be expected to attend BOTH days of the workout. (A third day, April 9th may be added).
You must wear appropriate soccer equipment during the tryout. Shin guards and soccer cleats are mandatory in order to take the field. Keepers must wear gloves while in goal.
You will be scored on various skills throughout the tryout. A roster of those who have made the team (whether it is varsity or junior varsity) will be available at the conclusion of tryouts.
Your discipline and grades will be checked. You must have a 75 average in each class in order to be eligible. You must demonstrate that you know how to act in class to be considered.
Parents, please understand that you will be expected to participate in the various tasks involved with running the 2009 Brooke Welch Tournament, with fundraising campaigns and with taking shifts working the concession stand during home matches. Your cooperation is both appreciated and expected. |
