Games will be official time – 40 min. halves
Each team will play at least 3 games for this tournament. There will be no more than 2 games for each team in one day. There will be a 1st place trophy for each pool
EACH TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING FOR THE GAMES THEY ARE INVOLVED IN:
1. ONE BALL HOLDER 1. 2 GAMES BALLS
The tournament is set up on a point system: A. Win – 2 points B. Tie – 1 point C. Lose – 0 points
If there is a tie with the point system to determine a flight champion after totaling point from 3 games, the winner will be determined by . . . 1. Power Play (the team that defeated the other during tourney play will be the winner). 2. If a tie still remains, the team with the least goals scored against them in the tournament will be the winner. 3. In the case of an overall tie after above scenarios, winner will be determined by a PK shootout (5 players per team – if tied after 5, each team will continue choosing 1 additional shooter until the tie is broken).
Entry Fee: $80.00
Gate Fee: $6.00 – adults - - - $4.00 – students All Tourney Tickets - $10.00 – adults - - - $6.00 – students
This tournament will be held at the PHS soccer plex just north of the high school. There will be a concession stand.
Just a reminder that this is BLUEBERRY FESTIVAL WEEKEND – buses will drop off at the soccer plex and drive East to Riverside Intermediate School to park. Please give yourself enough time for your team’s arrival.
Admittance:
Please remind all parents and fans there is a charge for parking at the high school during the Blueberry Festival. Teams will not permitted to set up tents on the high school parking lot or grassy areas. Fans and parents will not be permitted to cook on the school grounds. Team tents can be set up inside the soccer plex in the northwest corner on the grass. Please help by having your team pick up their trash around their tent areas. Thank you!!! AGAIN NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO COOK ON THE SCHOOL GROUNDS.
