Gouwens battled home in the 400, Kent edging her teammate 64.7 to 66.6, giving KV a huge 1-2 finish.  L. Gouwens was 2nd in the 300's in 54.4.  Mackenzie DeMars tied her SB in high jump at 4'-8", good for 2nd overall.  Brittany Stepp was 3rd overall in the 800 in an excellent time of 2:35.3.  Allison Rockley ran a terrific 3200, taking 2nd in a photo finish with a PR time of 12:53.5.  The 4x400 relay team of K.
