Girls' Track and Field Sign-Up Sheet in AD's Office

Any KVHS girl interested in track and field for the 2013 season, there is a sign-up sheet in Mrs. Zuchowski's office.  Please have all paperwork in before the first official practice date, Feb. 11, 2013.  As per normal, practice will be from 3:00-5:00 Mondays through Fridays.  We will meet in the old MS cafe, but please dress for running outside.  If the weather is too bad, we will use the weight room and/or cardio room.  There are no pre-season open gyms, Feb. 11th is the first official track and field practice.  The Lady Kougars are two-time defending sectional champions and look for another successful season in 2013.  Dream, think and plan BIG!!
