Sweet tooth Dental donate Professional Sports Mouth guards again.

"We are very excited to be offering professional sports mouth guards again this year to Konawaena Football", said Dr. Garrett Oka of Sweet Tooth Dental.  

Once again, we have been blessed by the generosity from our local business community. Dr. Oka has donated his staff's time and money to make us the very best form fitting sports mouth guards. These mouth guards are the same mouth guards that the NFL and NCAA players wear. 

We will all need to visit Sweet Tooth Dental on July 7th @ 8:00 AM. At that time they will take an impression of your mouth so they can make an excact fit for your mouth. We will need to have a filled out consent form. These consent forms will be avalible from Coach Brad Uemoto. These forms will need to be returned to Coach Brad so we can present them to Dr. Oka's office prior to July 7th. You can also text Coach Trent @ 808-557-9997 and he will be able to send you the from via email that you can print off and return to any Coach. Coaches are at the Field Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:00-5:00 pm.
