The Pirates went up 21-0 in the first quarter. The Knights had 3 fumbles and a turnover on downs. When Atticus Jackson went for a 4 and 1 fake punt, the Pirates scored off that turnover. The Knights went into the half 28-7 after a Teriyon Gipson touchdown. The second half was less scoring. The Pirates scored 14 points in the second half and the Knights grabbed another touchdown in the third quarter with a pass from tre Thibodeaux to Marcus Edwards. Senior Austin Franklin who was limited to the game after suffering from a groin injury last week was a big missing piece of the Knights offense.
