Home » Boys' Soccer NewsBOYS SOCCER TOUGH ROADFebruary 3, 2012 By DeMarco King of Justin F Kimball High SchoolThe Knights Boys Soccer team has had a rough Pre- District time this year. They have played TAPPS 2011 Champions Prince of Peace, Rockwall, North Mequite, Berkner (cancelled because of weather, The Colony, and Samuell. Losing to Prince of Peace 1-0 in the last 10 minutes was a heart breaker but the team shown that they can compete. Losing 2-1 to The Colony after missing 4 goals was disappointing. The Knights had the game but to many missed shots ruined the win. The Rockwall game should've been closer, but a few players were benched because of violation of team policy. Tonight, is the last pre-district game against 5A North Mesquite Stallions (7-3) at Mesquite Memorial at 7:15. This schedule was made to get prepared for district and the playoffs. If the Knights keep going in the playoffs, they might get to see The Colony or Rockwall again.
