Bedford SportsScores from Monroe games just before the break and the results from Monday's games against Saline are listed below.
Game 1- We defeated Monroe 16-3
Game 2- We defeated Monroe 15-2
Monday evening we traveled to Saline to play a much improved Saline team.
Game 1- We defeated Saline 5-1
Game 2- We Tied Saline 3-3.
The team was led by great pitching efforts from Hannah Girlie (14) strikeouts and Julia Keister (1) strikeout. Defensively Juila Keister made an outstanding game saving play at 2nd base. Offensively Cassidy Marcum had a great at bat to score the tieing run.
