Bedford is well known and respected throughout the state for their wrestling history and throughout the college world with the placement of graduating wrestlers into their respective programs. This past weekend just added more to the legacy. Brandon Sunday took the title match to the distant and defeated Jordan Brandon of Westland John Glenn 5-4 in OT. Mith Rogaliner fell to undefeated Shayne Wireman of Holt to take take second place ending a career that included two state titles and three finals appearances. Mitch Pawlak took third after pinning Ross Bahro of West Bloomfield in their match. Adam Ortman took fifth upending Noah Hosking from Milford. David Lijewski and Codie Bettencourt both lost thri first round matches. Congratulations to all the wrestlers for a fantastic season and good luck to those of whom are moving on to college or ther directions.
