Bedford struggled with Monroe for three quarters and then in the fourth they outscored Monroe 10-1 to take the semi final matchup.
Rachel Lewandowski led the Mules with nine points as the Lady Mules moved to 16-5 and will face Saline on Friday night for the District crown.
