Bedford compete in MISCA at Eastern Michigan on Saturday

On Saturday the Lady Mules were represented at the MISCA Meet held at the Michael H. Jones Natatorium on the campus of Eastern Michigan University by 9 of our qualifying swimmers.  This meet was made up of the best swimmers in the State of Michigan from Divisions 1,2 and 3.

Final Results of the Relay Events:

200 Medley Relay Team of Hanna Martin, Tara Vermandere, Kelsey Stark and Sarah Jones were 13^th out of 65 teams with a best time of the season in this event        1:54.35

200 Free Relay Team of Hanna Martin, Lexi Marok, Tara Vermandere and Alexandra Sutter were 19^th out of 62 teams with a best time of the season in this event        1:44.25

400 Free Relay Team of Kelsey Stark, Hannah Asselin, Hanna Edison and Alexandra Sutter were 18^th out of 60 teams with a best swim of the season in this event        3:48.58

Individual Results:

200 Free – Alexandra Sutter 26^th out of 67 swimmers with her best swim of the season in this event and a state qualifying time of 2:00.92

50 Free – Kelsey Stark tied 11^th out of 89 swimmers with her best swim of the season in this event and a  state qualifying time of 25.09

Alexandra Sutter 24^th out of 89 swimmers with her best swim of the season in this event and a state qualifying time of 25.54

100 Fly – Logan Dewey 51^st out of 69 swimmers with her best swim of the season in this event with a time of 1:04.50

100 Breast – Hanna Martin 15^th out of 80 swimmers with a time of 1:10.04

Kelsey Stark 20^th out of 80 swimmers with her best swim of the season in this event and a state qualifying time of 1:10.32

Tara Vermandere 21^st out of 80 swimmers with a time of 1:11.10
