AA Skyline shuts out Bedford

Today, we traveled up to Ann Arbor Skyline, and they are a well coached, well organized team. We started the game very flat, conceding a goal about 5 minutes of the first half. However, we settled down somewhat and held the run of play for the latter part of the half. In spite of a strong finish to the first half, we did not execute in the technical aspect of the game and we did not perform well enough as a group to get a result today. Skyline ended up scoring two more goals late in the half to bring the final score to 3-0.

While the score line is misleading as to how close the game actually was, Skyline performed well and earned the result. Our record is now 8-4-3.

Our next game is at home versus Ann Arbor Pioneer on Tuesday, October 9th.
