Bedford hosted SEC Jamboree #1 at Indian Creek

The Bedford cross country program hosted SEC Jamboree #1 yesterday (Tuesday), a crossover meet that saw all 12 SEC teams competing. The Bedford boys cross country team placed 7^th in the meet. Saline edged Ann Arbor Pioneer for the win. Leading the way for the Kicking Mules was Adam Blaida, who placed 26^th overall in a time of 17:37. Ben Wexler finished 2^nd for Bedford (32^nd overall), followed closely by Logan Smith (33^rd). Maxwell Lezon (46^th) and Tyler Benore (47^th) rounded out the scoring. Dillon Thompson led the way for the Mules in the JV race, finishing 35^th overall in a time of 19:32. Anthony Soster also ran well in the JV race, posting a personal best. The Mules travel to Michigan State University on Friday for the Spartan Invitational.
