Caylie Clements & Molly Vogel combined to pitch a nice game against the tough St. Mary's team. Caylie Clements had 1 K.
Laura Shake had a great bunt late in the game.
Taylor Haberland & Jaycie Harris were our only 2 runs in the game.
Kristin Hill went 1 for 2.
Game 2: Bedford vs. St. Charles: WON 9-4
The 7th grade team played great against St. Charles and earned their first win of the season!!
Erika Wilt had a GRAND SLAM in the 1st inning, giving Bedford an early lead!
Samantha Synowka earned the win, holding St. Charles to 2 runs after 3 innings. She also contributed on offense going 1 for 3.
Ashley Manore had a nice double play at 2B. She had 2 stolen bases.
Kristin Hill went 1 for 3, w/ 1 run & 1 stolen base.
Diana Pudlicki & Molly Vogel both had 1 run & 1 stolen base.
Lauren Sullivan had 1 run & a key hit in the 2nd inning, earning her an RBI.
Jaycie Harris finished pitching the game and had 2 strikeouts.
