Senior Kelsey Menzel scored the first goal of the match just over 11 minutes into the second half on a shot from 30 yards out. Abbey Oswald and Sydney Bourque assisted on the goal.
The Pioneers (1-2-1 overall) tied the game in the final eight minutes on a goal by Marissa Woodliff.
The Mules nearly scored in the first half but a rebound shot into the net was negated by an offsides call.
Cheyanne McCartney made six saves for Bedford, who will host Belleville Thursday evening.
Ashleigh Klimkiewicz was credited with six saves for Dearborn.
