Ashley Wagenhauser led in scoring with 8 points. Erika Wilt and Hunter Gatton contributed 3 points. Diana Pudlicki stood out defensively. The 8th grade Bedford White girls basketball team lost a close one to Saline Gold 12-10. Emma Renius led the scoring with 8 points and 6 rebounds. Morgan McCormick added 7 points and Ali Price contributed 6 points. Casey Reiter and Rachel Schott also played well for the lady broncos. Bedfords 8th. grade red team opened the season on the road with a victory over Adrian 23-15. Maddy Winters, Alyse Geiger, Kendall Anderson, Roma Lucarelli, and Taylor Balcerzak all had good games. The team forced 25 turnovers and scored 18 points off them. The 7th grade Bedford Red girls basketball team won their first game 28-2 at Adrian. Madisyn King led the way with 16 points followed by Alexa Libstorff with 10 and Jaycie Harris with 8. Alexis Harpel led the defensive effort with 6 steals.
