It was a small set back that held Kentucky running back CoShik Williams out of last weeks game against Kent State. Back spasms took over, but after practice this week, Joker Phillips announced he will return to the starting lineup Saturday against Western Kentucky. During week one against Louisville, Williams rushed 10 times for 62 yards, caught three passes for 21 yards and returned three kicks on special teams.

During his absence, Raymond Sanders had a solid week two performance. Rushing for 115 yards on 13 attempts as well as one reception that went for 10 yards. So he did very well in the fil in role so expect Williams to have some heat on his heels during the coming weeks.
