Western Kentucky picked up a commit from Ismael Aurismond Thursday. Aurismond is a 6'3" 230 lbs. defensive end from Hialeah, Florida. He had chose WKU over Florida International, Kansas, South Alabama and Howard. Aurismond is rated a 2-star recruit by Rivals.com.

      South Florida High School Sports says of the new Hilltopper:

"Here is a high-energy, strong and athletic football player who makes things happen. Ismael is extremely quick off the ball and as sure a tackler as you will find. Even if he is taken out of a play early, his motor never stops, following up many plays and finishing them off. No matter how strong the opponent is, he never lets his eyes wander, keeping a focus on the ball and making the play."

Aurismond is the 11th commit for the Hilltoppers in the 2013 class.
