We are now 13 days away from the kickoff between Kentucky and Louisville with some big time news that most of us kind of assumed. UK head coach Joker Phillips announced after today's practice that sophomore quarterback Maxwell Smith will get the starting nod during the first game of the season. Phillips was very pleased with the way both Smith and Morgan Newton played so far, battling for the position.
