Trinity's Ryan White Changes Mind, Commits To Vandy

ryan_white      Trinity's talented defensive back Ryan White excited Louisville fans when he committed to the Cardinals in February. For the past couple of months rumors have spread the White was considering opening up his recruitment and strongly considering Vanderbilt. Tonight White proved those rumors to be true as he announced his commitment to the Commodores.

      White is ranked a 4-Star recruit who is known for his hard hitting and great coverage. The 5'10 175 lbs. White had offers from Michigan, Arkansas, Kentucky and several others. He is ranked the 15th best corner back in the 2013 class. White made 44 tackles (6.5 for a loss), had one interception and 12 pass breakups last year, helping the Shamrocks win a state championship. 

ESPN says of him:

White is a play maker with very good zone coverage skills; is effective getting his hands on defenders and breaking up on underneath throws. Has the size and athleticism for the corner back position at the major level of competition.
